The first step of every project is to consolidate items at our facility, each item/consignment will undergo our vigorous and detailed inspection to verify the condition, all findings are viewable on our online inventory. Each item/consignment will be allocated a unique ID number inclusive of a barcoded label, to ensure each project is managed to the highest possible standard.
PROJECT MANAGERS
Assigned your own dedicated RDH project manager
Your project manager will be available to assist with any and all enquiries that you may have. They will ensure that all work is completed at the highest possible level and in a timely manner without sacrificing on quality. You will receive regular updates when an item/consignment arrives at our facility. Once the item/consignment has undergone a condition check, you will then receive a further update reporting the findings.

Each on-site team member will work with you to complete each request no matter how big or small without sacrificing efficiency and their own high standards –all with a friendly smile. All our installations start with the project supervisor conducting a walk through with the site contact to form a step-by-step plan on how the installation is going to run. This information is then passed onto the rest of the team to ensure everyone is equipped with the correct information.

Our facilities are located within the M25 – each facility is situated on an industry estate which benefits from 24hr, 365 days a year manned security with the addition of each unit occupied by RDH Packing being fitted with the latest security systems to enable us to offer a highly secure environment for all items entrusted. RDH Packing operates an online inventory management system to ensure all items are present and correct. Each item that is received into either of our facility benefit from the following process
